Participating parliamentarians and supporters of the OPCC presented the Joint Statement of Parliamentarians of Latin America and the Caribbean at COP30, which issues a “Global Call for a More Just Climate Future.” The regional document urges nations to join efforts toward a new development model that integrates environmental sustainability, innovation and productive development, social inclusion, and climate justice.
